Blessings of Home Card #2
November 14, 2021
Finished size: 5 7/8″ W x 4 1/8″ H
Fold Type: Top Fold
Our annual Stampin’ Up! convention (OnStage) was the inspiration for this card, using products from the Heart & Home Suite Collection in the January to June 2022 Mini Catalog (page 58-61).
This suite could be used for a variety of occassions and could be for any look, from rustic and masculine to elegant and feminine. The designer series paper (DSP) in this suite lends itself well to creating quick and easy cards and other projects, letting the DSP do most of the work.
To duplicate this card, products used and measurements, as well as step-by-step instructions, are below.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1 – Using the paper trimmer, cut the card base and layers to size. Score the card base for a top fold card.
Step 2 – Fold card base and use the Bone Folder tool to burnish a crisp edge on the fold.
Step 3 – Using the Soft Succulent ink pad, stamp the one or both of the floral images in a few places around the edge of the Soft Succulent cardstock layer.
Step 4 – Using the die for the long skinny floral element, cut 2 from the Cajun Craze cardstock piece.
Step 5 – Using the die for the 3 small floral elements, cut 1 set of 3 from the 1″ x 1″ Fresh Freesia cardstock piece.
Step 6 – Using the Cajun Craze ink pad, stamp the sentiment on the small DSP layer in a horizontal direction.
Step 7 – Using the Cajun Craze ink pad, stamp one of the floral elements onto the Cajun Craze die cut floral elements.
Step 8 – Using the Fresh Freesia ink pad, stamp one of the floral images on the set of Fresh Freesia die cut flowers.
Step 9 – Using the Stampin’ Dimensional Sheets, cut to size for the Soft Succulent cardstock layer and adhere to the Fresh Freesia card front, leaving a 1/16″ border all the way around.
Step 10 – Using the Multipurpose Liquid Glue, adhere the large DSP layer to the center of the Soft Succulent cardstock layer.
Step 11 – Using the Multipurpose Liquid Glue, adhere the two Cajun Craze floral die cuts (in an arc opposite each other) to the front of the large DSP layer – centered both horizontally and vertically with a small space between them.
Step 12 – Using Stampin’ Dimensionals, adhere the sentiment over the center of the Cajun Craze floral die cuts.
Step 13 – Using the Multipurpose Liquid Glue, adhere the Fresh Freesia flowers to the white spaces on the sides of the sentiment.
Step 14 – Using the putty end of your Take Your Pick Tool, pick up the Rhinestone Basic Jewels and stick 3 of them on the sentiment.
Optional:
To have a lighter area for writing inside the card, adhere a Basic White cardstock piece, cut to 5 5/8″ x 3 7/8″, to the inside of the card.
To dress up the inside of the card and/or the envelope, consider adding a small stamped image inside the card or on the outside of the envelope or adding coordinating or matching DSP along the bottom edge of the inside of the card or the flap of the envelope.
